Children

The Services are not designed for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete their information. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately.

Sensitive information is any personal information that reveals an individual’s government ID, finances, geolocation, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, union membership, private communications, genetics, biometrics, health, and other categories.

You can request for access to the personal information we hold about you and information relating to our processing of your personal information.

You can request for correction of your personal information where it is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Erasure

You can request for erasure of your personal information. However, under certain conditions, we may be obligated to retain backups or copies.

You can request for the deletion of processing of your personal information under certain conditions. For example, if you want us to establish the accuracy of the data, or you have objected to our use of data.

  • Object to processing

You can object to some processing of your personal information, where such requests are permitted by law. We will no longer process your personal information unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your privacy rights.

You can request for a copy of your personal data or request the transfer of your personal data to another company or business. This right only applies to automated data which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the data to perform a contract with you.

Gregory Genslinger is a seasoned presence in his field. His business, American Safety and Environmental Consultants (ASEC) is service provider of Safety and Environmental Compliance Services. Greg is a proud leader today, actively serving as the Owner (Founder) and CEO. Throughout their over 3 decades as safety and environmental consultants, ASEC has helped a diverse range of manufacturing companies throughout the Midwest to achieve the necessary compliance with federal and state regulations. Clients range from a broad array of industries including chemical, oil, gas, wood products, impact extrusion, precious metals, and other industrial clients.

Greg’s impressive manufacturing, environmental and safety compliance experience all started with a strong industrial engineering education, Bachelors of Arts in Business/Economics and Master of Business Administration and impressive accomplishments in his roles as an Industrial Engineer and Safety & Compliance Manager.

Greg also served as the:

*President and Member of the Board of a Company engaged in the development of Nuclear Waste Stabilization Techniques in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Energy.

*President and Member of Board of an industrial management consulting firm.

*Director of Safety & Environmental Compliance for a large group of a multi-national corporation.

*Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a large manufacturing facility.

*Plant Manager of large manufacturing facility.

Greg is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy and serves as 1st Vice Commander of his local American Legion Post.
